Every new starter at Alliance completes our site induction before going on site. It works on your phone, and it finishes with a certificate you can show your site manager.
Three steps to being site‑ready
No paperwork, no classroom, no waiting for a date to come round.

Use the login details Alliance sent you. If you have not had them yet, ask your site manager.
Complete the induction
Around 30 minutes, on any device. Your progress saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.
Download your certificate
Finish the module and your certificate is ready to download straight away.

You must complete this before you go on site
It is not optional and it is not paperwork for its own sake. Groundworks is one of the highest‑risk trades on any development, and the induction makes sure you arrive knowing what to expect. Your site manager may ask to see your certificate on day one.
